Terrence Kelly is a retired Army officer and former RAND VP, where he also directed a Federally Funded Research and Development Center. He served as a White House Fellow in the mid-1990s, created and ran the effort to demobilize Iraqi militias in 2004 for the Coalition Provisional Authority, and was the policy, planning and analysis director for Embassy Baghdad in 2005-2006. He holds a Ph.D. in mathematics and a masters in computer and systems engineering from RPI, is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College and the Army War College, and is a West Point graduate.

Braun Thompson is an accomplished Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) executive with more than 35 years of experience leading compliance, risk management, and operational excellence initiatives for global Fortune 200 companies. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles supporting manufacturing operations, global regulatory analysis and compliance assurance programs, major acquisitions, and divestitures, and EHS integration efforts across North America, Europe, and Asia. Thompson holds an Executive MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Murray State University. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of New Century Careers, a nonprofit workforce development organization supporting technical and manufacturing career advancement in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
